Let me show you a verse in Act 13.36. Listen to this. David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation fell sleep and was laid among his fathers and
underwent decay.

What is so great about that verse you ask… you say it is about a dead man. But, he did not die until he had completed his purpose. (He died happy, whereas, on the contrary…)

What a horrible way to die by never knowing why you showed up in the first place. What a horrible thing to do till we have 75 or 85 years and all you can talk about is your job. In fact, we got folk here who 30 and 35 years old who all they talk about is retiring from their job because you hate getting up in the morning, you hate where you are going, you hate the people you are going to see because they got up that morning the same way you did. Everyone is miserable because of missing their calling….
