What to do with a Vision

What to do with a vision…

Acts 10:19
And while Peter was earnestly revolving the vision in his mind and meditating on it, the [Holy] Spirit said to him, Behold, three men are looking for you!
Paul had a vision that he did not understand, so he pondered and meditated on it. In this case, Paul received the understanding quickly. The lesson from the vision instructed him in a way that he could go with people he would never have gone with prior to the vision.

You’ve Grown Up…

You understand more now…

There you are, in the multitude of people in agony, both spiritually and physically. You and the people … your eyes gaze across the crowd and your heart is so moved by compassion that you think you are going to die under the weight of it all.

Some are sneering at you, asking who you think you are, and others are weeping because they hurt. Some get in your face and blame you for the trouble they are having and ask you to leave, demand you leave. While others point out your every flaw they see or can invent.

But you remain stable, fixed, even as the world around you spins, why? Because the Captain of the Army has trained you well and taught you how to stand in the face of chaos and fear.

And how did He do that? He used the circumstances around you everyday to mold, temper, and exercise you. Like a person who learns to walk around in a small rowboat without capsizing it, you have learned to recognize when your spiritual gyroscope begins to tilt and take action immediately.

Brand New Life

It’s like, oh my goodness, where do I start?

I’ve been delivered from the kingdom of darkness, taken from there and placed Into a Kingdom of light, the Kingdom of God … Now what?

First, you are going to start with prayer. “Prayer” is a religious word for talking to God, your Father in Heaven. So you begin by sitting down and talking to Him. Ask Him to help you understand Him and this new Kingdom you’ve entered, at the same time, while you are talking with Him, ask Him to open your eyes to understanding the Bible. The bible is your best friend from now on. If you don’t have one. get one! Pick one that is easy for you to read. Personally, I enjoy the Amplified Bible because it breaks down some of those ‘hard to understand’ verses. Anyway, ask the Lord to guide you to the right one for you new this season.

While your talking to Him, make sure you pause and get still for a few minutes because talking to Him is a conversation. It is a two way conversation. Conversing with Him is one of the most beautiful experiences a Christian can have, It’s one of the things that helps us through those times when we want to doubt or think we are crazy. Crazy? Yes! We are no longer a part of this world, and our citizenship is In heaven. This makes us a peculiar people. You have a new life and new future ahead of you.

I will be posting articles here on this page to help you learn and understand who you are as a new citizen of the Kingdom of God. I promise you, if you will commit yourself fully into His hands, and trust Him with your life.. your life will never be boring.

More Faith In The Devil…

Right now, some Christians are almost ready to say that they are done with sickness and disease. They are finished walking under the dominion (control) of the plans and schemes of the enemy for their lives and hereby declare their freedom and deliverance from the kingdom of darkness and translation into the Kingdom of God and His ways.

And, there will be some who will say to them, “You are asking for trouble. You will allow the enemy to see and target you. He’s going to mark you and take you out.” These are the ones that have more faith in the devil to take you out than God to keep you in.

“I don’t listen too much because I don’t want to get contaminated “

Kenneth Hagin tells of a church that had a song leader who’s favorite song was one that spoke of how pitiful they were and was full of unbelief. The minister told the song leader not to sing that song again. Ignoring the private request of the pastor, the song leader started leading the church through the song again.

The pastor stopped the song leader in mid songand created such an uproar that the church spit over the song. Half the members left and started their own church. They continued to sing their song of death and unbelief.

As a result, most everyone in that newly formed church became sickly. The enemy ravaged those who had embraced a song of death that denied the wonderful work that Jesus had done for them.

Jesus has made us Kings and priests, they sang traditional songs of doubt and unbelief. They were literally lifting up their voices to sing how they were those who have been overcome, when Jesus says we are overcomers.

We must be careful not to give honor to false humility and a poverty spirit. We are the sons and daughters of the Most High God. We must rise into our proper places.

Colossians 1:13
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
